Unskilled Check

In the event a Character needs to make a Skill Check but does not have the required Skill, a player can attempt a percentile roll against their IQ Attribute.

There may be additional penalties, for any skill which can not be taken as a Secondary Skill. This penalty may range from -5% to -15%.
