Staff may watch scenes while dark. However, this is only in public places. So, take that in mind. If you are RPing in public you may well be being watched. If you are in a private room however, it remains just that. Private.

I will kill my staff with bludgeons if I ever see them doing this, do not worry.

We have a rule that a staff member idle 60 days is retired and their char @nuked.
