The Rumor Board is a place for anyone to post a rumor.

Understand that while the players won't know who posted the item, the staff will know.

It can be used to help build your on TP story. It could also be used to allow people to 'hear' about something which happened that you feel they should know about.

Please use this board responsibly and understand it isn.t a way to make all OOC knowledge IC'ly known.
