After reviewing all available information for Borg's PS attribute, the following ruling is to be used for Chronicles of Kingsdale.

Combat Full Conversion or Heavy/Extreme Labor Borgs will have Robotic PS.

Non-Combat Full Conversion or partial conversion Borgs will have Augmented PS.

Note: Robotic PS 26 and over can not inflict SDC strikes, and must be extremely careful when engaging in causal contact with non armored individuals.
