Question: What is the recovery speed of MDC?

ANSWER: Unless otherwise stated, healing is as per recovery rules (RUE p. 354), so 4 to 6 per day depending on treatment.

Question: What is the range of the Aura of True Sunlight?

ANSWER: The range is Personal or zero. How far the light extends to offer illumination or damage creatures would be situationally dependent and up to the GM.

Question: What are the size and complexity limits of the energy shapchanging form (will it look like a goat, only energy, or will it always look like some form of energy; can it be the size of an adult dragon?)

ANSWER: Complexity limit is essentially anything, though it still is an energy form. All that is changed is shape. Size limits are much more restrictive, and would be limited to the same "human" size as the natural pattern. Volume IS relatively fixed, even in energy form, as implied by the Vulnerabilities section.

Question: Same as above, but regarding the physical shell. Both energy and shell note that they can take 'any' form desired or wanted. Seeing as how the RCC can create perfect illusions, I would think that it could be perfectly detailed - but I need to know, for BG and for upcoming RP.

ANSWER: As above, but physical form can have varying color, texture, etc.

Question: Can something stop the Energy form of a Phantom?

ANSWER: The energy form is not truly intangible, as it is explicitly affected by magic, magical items, and supernatural beings. Mundane bullets may pass through it, but a spell would harm a Phantom, which implies a "magic net" of any variety could entrap them, or that a dragon could one in its claws.
