Paired Weapons

Question: Would a character with Paired weapons be able to use a weapon which you would normally wield with two hands but has two striking surfaces, as if it was two weapons?

Answer: No. This is a single weapon. You can't dual wield a single weapon with the Palladium game mechanics.
