Overview
Our office is located on Main Street across from the Precinct House, third floor of the Gary Busey Memorial Office Building. We are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Saturday. A 24-hour emergency line is available using 93.5 KONG encoding, or our drop box at the office for non-emergency matters on Sunday or during non-office hours. Please be prepared to surrender your weapons on entry. They will be safely stowed.
Mission Statement
To provide the highest quality intelligence, security and paramilitary service with the smallest possible footprint. Proudly serving all walks of life, there are no jobs too big or too small. Local and regional undertakings easily fall beneath our umbrella of skills and abilities. Backed by decades of respectable experience, we strive to help Kingsdale's community by bringing old-fashioned values to a new world.
We are not a mercenary company and as such, we reserve the right to decline any job for any reason.

Operational Services
Below is a brief detailing of the services that we offer. If there is anything not listed here that you're looking for, please contact us for a meeting. As a hybrid civilian investigation service and private military company, the Office of Strategic Services offers a wide variety of services. Each one applies to both civilian and military needs, and can be scaled up or down as appropriate.
All jobs come with free, private, no-obligation consultations and a negotiated contract prior to operations.
Internal Security
Mobile bodyguard duty, overt static security and undercover security enforcement. Anything from VIPs to convoys to the local bank or nightclub will be guarded with the utmost professionalism. Our specialty is blending into the background, making you comfortable so that you can enjoy yourself without feeling oppressed.
Investigation
We are adept at observation and surveillance of all types, both in the civilian and military sectors. Information can be gathered for all manner of services. This includes large-scale military field intelligence. Tasked to collect information about the vulnerabilities of enemy groups, both civil and military, and about neutral populations to be exploited by psychological warfare. This extends further into true areas of espionage and counter-espionage.
Paramilitary
Planning, development and execution of operations against civilian and military targets through special operations and covert action. Moral and psychological warfare. We also train indigenous forces or individuals who request it. This category dovetails with all of the previous services. As in our mission statement, no job is too large and no job is too small. If anyone can carry out a successful mission, it is us.
Planning
Long-term security needs are one of our specialties. We evaluate intelligence, inspect the existing setup, research and analyze the history of an existing program then perform a risk assessment and threat analysis to bring you the highest level of professional guardianship.
Transportation
Our growing fleet of NTI Diplodicus armored stretch vehicles provides a safe and secure way to deliver personnel or light cargo anywhere within the city or wilderness. Note, we do not deliver personnel or cargo to most areas of the 'Dregs.
Costs
Unlike other businesses, we do not have the luxury of performing a service and then preparing a bill of sale for costs incurred. Many costs come during the course of any mission, no matter what it may be, no matter its size. These costs will usually require more money than we normally have on hand at any given time. As previously stated, a contract will be offered prior to action, to be paid up-front and in full. No additional charges will ever be made to a client, unless the client chooses to change the mission and renegotiate the contract. There are no refunds once a contract has been signed.

Fixed
While we realize that these costs often appear high, please keep in mind the skill and experience being brought to the mission. These costs apply to all missions.

- 1,500cr per hour or fraction thereof in the city walls.
- 5,000cr per hour or fraction thereof outside of the city to Laramy or Whykin
Variable
Anything not stated as fixed is to be negotiated at the time of contract. Prices vary by mission. Expect anything outside of the city to be more expensive than operations within the city. Working in the 'Dregs also necessitates more payment. If combat or other dangerous encounters can be reasonably expected, prices change with the anticipated resistance. Transportation beyond Laramy and Whykin distances will be negotiated. Additional variable costs are not confined to these which have been stated.
Special
For simple, quick jobs within Kingsdale or Laramy, Col. Blaze will give his direct attention, waving the base cost above and charging 2,000cr per hour of his time or fraction thereof.
