Neural Mace vs. Natural MDC Creature
When a Neural Mace is used against a Creature with Natural MDC, the target gains a bonus to to the Save vs. non-lethal poison. This bonus is +1 per 50 MDC. Rounded down.

This of course, assumes that the creature is not immune to Stun normally.

Neural Mace vs Force Field (Including Armor of Ithan or Psychic Body Field)
A Neural Mace must directly contact the skin, or have a path to the skin. As a Force Fields acts blocks the path to the skin, the Neural Maces does not affect someone within a Force Field.

Question: If someone is in MDC Body Armor, but not EBA Body Armor and attacked with a Neural Mace how will it effect them?

Answer: It will effect the user as if they aren't in armor at all, even if it does not contact skin. A person must be in EBA with 40 MDC or more or be an MDC creature their selves not to be effected. All standard saves as per the item description in RUE p259.
