Question: Based on the the RUE and CWC it implies that mini-missiles may not be guided or are guided. Does the volley of 4 or more missiles not being able to dodged apply to mini-missiles?

ANSWER: Yes, mini-missiles are included with all missiles. A volley of 4 or more missiles of any type can not be dodged. They can be shot down via a counter-attack, use ECM/jammers, or other techniques though.
