Rasputin's Deli is a lively place, normally a short man is behind the counter serving up orders of beef, brisket, chicken, pork, sausage, fish and just about every other type of meat product you can imagine. Rasputin's is a well known secret to low, medium and high class people of all type. Rasputin has all sorts of customer's coming and going at all times of day or night. He isn't open 24-hrs, but he might as well be.

As you walk into the Deli, next to the door is a small lunch counter which faces out into the street. Opposite to the deli counter are four small booths. Both of these locations serve as eating space for those that choose to grab a quick bite of food or one of Yakov's and Rasputin's famous five meat monster deli sandwiches. Most people don't use these booths, but the lunch counter is constantly being used, as it provides a great people watching vantage.

The deli is starting to hustle and bustle and the staff for the small place. Waitresses are running food back and forth to the tables and bar. Rasputin of course sits behinds the serving counter and display case, his hands flying around the grill. There are two others assisting him, well basically feeding him items to keep putting on the gril.

Galvin walks into the deli in his regular overalls but this time he is carrying a good sized toolkit with himself. He opens up the door to the bustling deli and goes it sit at the counter without any fanfare.

Bridget steps inside, ready to start her day. Almost. Maybe? She's dressed, and the steaming paper up in her hand holds her needed caffeine, but she still needs food. Maybe some spice, with the coffee, will make her -look- like she's actually ready to be awake.

Rasputin flips up a stack of pancakes onto a plate, and hands it to one of the assistance cheifs. Then sides it with some bacon and a little bit of hasbrowns. He smiles, and cracks another few eggs as quickly as he is done with the plate. He yells over his shoulder in Russian, and one of the waitresses quickly comes to scoop up the plate and delivers it to its patron.

Galvin sits down at the counter and waits until one of the people working in the deli comes to take his order. Setting the toolbox down at his side he looks up as someone comes to take his order. Smiling he orders a spicy egg and sausage burrito and some iced tea.

Decisions, decisions. Moving to the counter and snagging her own seat is the easy part, but figuring out what to eat takes a little more thought. Maybe it's still too early for Bridget to do much of that, so she cheats. "I'll take what he's having, without the tea." Quick, easy-ish, and she can quickly suck down more hot liquid from her cup. There's always too much blood in her caffeine system first thing in the morning.

The two orders hit Rasputin's order board and he chuckles. He quickly flips down a several more eggs, some sausage and preps a few burrito's for heating. He yells something out in Russian, no one answers then he mutters, "Da,da. Do dhese burritos be wantink cheese with the eggs? And peppers and onions?" He looks back over his shoulder as his hands continue to work.

Galvin looks up at the question and smiles slightly to himself. "Well I want cheese, pepper, and onions please Rasputin. Make mine quite spicy as well if you could." He turns to smile briefly at the woman who sits down next to him before picking up his iced tea from the counter and takes a sip of it.

Bridget takes a minute to realize some of that was directed her way and blinks. "Oh... sorry. Cheese and onions. No peppers, please." She smiles back to Galvin, but hers is a bit sheepish and tired.

Rasputin nods slowly, "Spicey too da?" His hands keep moving as pepper, and onions hit the grill. They sizzle nicely. He also adds some spice to one batch of eggs. And with a flip of his spatula the tortillias fly onto the grill. Just as another few orders show up on the wheel. He sees them, and starts to make a few pancakes and some bacon. He looks down, then back to Bridget waiting for tthe answer.

"Need to wake up?" Galvin asks Bridget as he sees the tired smile. Raising his iced tea he takes a long sip from the straw. "Yah it is early, but I need to get a full day of work in. Have you been here before?" He asks Bridget as he unzips one of his pockets and takes out a handheld computer and calls up some plans he has on it.

"Yeah..." Bridget nods over her cup. "Or I need to go back to bed... if I could. I've been here once or twice, but those were late stops. I think?" She's not too sure, but it's probably been awhile since her last stop her.

Rasputin quickly makes up the cheese, sausage, peppers and onions breakfast burrito. Then makes one identical but without the onions. Now, these things are large, really large. He puts them each on a plate, puts some hashbrowns on each plate, for good measure. Then turns around, and serves them himself. One of the assistant cooks takes over right where he left off. He serves you both, then pours a glass of ice tea for Galvin. And looks to Bridget and says, "Would you be wantink your coffes warmed?"

Galvin smiles warmly at the Russian dwarf as he gets his food. He tucks his napkin into the front of his overalls as he grabs a knife and fork. "Wonderful Rasputin. You are a wizard of food as always." He says with a smile as he cuts into his buritto not trying to eat the huge thing by hand. Bridget's eyes widen at the large serving served, but smiles. "It smells delicious... and yes, please." She pops the top off to hand it back towards Rasputin, since warming will hopefully mean filling the half-empty cup back up. Her other hand works on picking up the monster burrito so she can eat.

Rasputin places down a fork and napkin for each of you. After of he had warmed Bridget's coffee of course. He also puts down a few small bowels of hot sauce and some sour cream. "Dis goodink, da? Da?"

Galvin nods his head unable to speak with his mouth full of food. He pours the hot sauce very liberally all over the buritto and hash browns as he digs in with obvious hunger. Soon he starts to sweat slightly from the heat of the food, but this doesn't seem to phase him.

"Da." Bridget is just now getting her hands around the thing, and gives the chef his due before taking a large bite. With a mouthful, she can still nod and give a universal 'Mmm,' just in case her pronunciation wasn't quite right.

Rasputin grins softly and tugs his beard. "Da, goodink." He looks to both of you and then turns around to take over for the assistant chief. "Da, dhat is da weather lookink like out there this mornink? Any chancink we migth be havink a sun filled day? Da? Or morink rain coming our ways?" Galvin shrugs his shoulders as he is still working on that buritto and hash browns with his knife and fork. "I don't know I don't really know a lot about meterology, but I'm likely going to be inside anyways. Need to do some work around here for yah after all Rasputin." He says with a slight smile even as he digs into his hot food.

Bridget is either hungry, in a hurry, or she really likes the food. Maybe all three. She chomps down a quick three bites before stopping to really chew and swallow. "It looks miserable out, and since I'll be outside, that means there's a good chance of rain, wind, snow, falling rocks, or whatever else the sky can think of."

Rasputin grins and nods, "Da, da. Speakink of which." He finishes a few plates, then goes back over to where the two of your are sitting, "Are you knowink a tall, almost blackink individual? He, is, da." Rasputin tugs his beard and ponders a moment, "A broad fellow, da. Cold, black." He says, "Or a woman, da. She wears utilitiy pants and belt with dark pea coat."

Galvin adjusts his glasses with a finger while he swallows his latest mouthful. "Hmmm You are describing Ahriman and Cel I think. I know for sure the guy you are talking about is the one they call Ahriman." He says with a quick shrug of his shoulders as he tries to quinch the fire in his mouth with a sip of the iced tea.

"Yeah, I met him just the other day." Bridget nods several times. It's hard to forget someone like that. "He's a little ...odd. Not sure about the other one." She shrugs and devourssome more of the food before sparing a hand to grab coffee to wash it down.

Rasputin nods slowly, "Dhat could beink dis name. I didn't get it. Dhey were both in the magic district, talkink. They called me overs and were talkink about slavery and do like. Dery odds, da." He smiles at Galvin, "Da, you linkink the new peppers? Da peppers are newink. I just gottink, them in to the deli. Day are supposink to beink hotter dank anythink."

Galvin grins widely as he nods his head and uses his napkin to wipe his brow. "They are fantastic. You should get more. Lots more. I'll want them in just about everything. They are quite flavorful as well." He says before taking another bite out of the spicy burrito. "Slavery you say? That is not good at all. Slavers are the worst scum."

Bridget scowls around her mouthful until she forces it down. "I hope they're talking about the ones that someone else was... and how they're going to get stopped." She nods to Galvin. "Worst of the worst. Not sure if it's too nice to shoot them, but they go away quicker that way."

Rasputin shrugs a bit, "I am net dinkink if dhey were serious or if dhey were to beink jokink." He tugs his beard, "Dwas very odd. Dwas dery lateink at night. Just oddink." He tugs his beard again and looks to Bridget, "Are you likink your food too, da?"

Galvin frowns slightly as he shakes his head. "Well there are a lot of bad rumours about Ahriman that float around, so who knows." He says before digging back into his food. He eats another two quick mouthfuls as he looks up to see what Rasputin thinks about it. "Any slavers need to be stopped, wouldn't want them to set up shop here."

"Mne Ochin' nrAvitsa." Bridget proves that by taking another bite or three, then washes it down. She looks to Galvin with a little curiosity. "What sorts of rumors? He's creepy, and I can see some of them being true, but..." Not sure how to finish that, she just gives a little shrug.

Rasputin looks to both of you and nods, "Da, da. Whatink rumors. His personalities was dery odd, da." He thinks a few moments, "Do eithers of you wantink somedink elseink?"

Galvin takes another sip of his iced tea before adjusting his glasses with a finger. "Just that he uses humans and looks down on them. That he is some sort of evil shadowy magic user. You never know what he might do." He looks down at his food before looking back up at Rasputin. "No this is great. Thank you."

Bridget just shakes her head in answer as she claims a few more bites. She finally puts the remains down and wipes her hands. "That sounds like him, at least the looking down part. For a minute, I thought he was going to try and chew on me or something." Her head shakes and she grows a smirk.

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, he was lookink at mink likink somethink small. Dhwich I am, but I am net as well. Da?" He smiles a bit and tugs his beard, "Da, oh wells. Da. What about dink others?" He looks to Galvin, "Did you knowink her name? Cel sometink?"

Galvin tilts his head slightly to listen and better make out what Rasputin is saying. "Uh it might be Celaeno. I have fixed things for her in the past. And that sounds like her." He shrugs his shoulders quickly before continuing. "But I don't know for sure based on what you have said.

"Don't know the name." Bridget just shrugs, since she can't help on that, and works on her coffee. Her other hand fishes out the chits for the meal, coffee, and some extra, to put them on the counter. "Need to get going, too. Can I get another warm up?" Her cup is waggled.

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, da." He pours Bridget another warm up for her coffee. He smiles and takes the cash and puts it in the till. He smiles, "You enjoyink that, da?" He smiles and looks over at galvin, "Celaeno, da." He thinks a moment, "Is she linkink dhis Ahriman?"

Galvin shrugs his shoulders again as he shakes his head. "Uh I'm not sure. She seems like a weird one, but what do I know. I should satart getting to work." He says as he finishes up his meal and grabs his toolbox while taking a quick look around the house.

Bridget gives Rasputin a nod and smile, then stands up. "Da. Thanks. I'll have to try lunch and dinner here, again, too." Galvin gets a passing smile, also, as she heads for the door. Hopefully, the sky will skip the falling rocks today.

Rasputin waves to Bridget, "Da, da. Do be comink back, da." He smiles, "Watchink out for bad rocks, da." He looks back to Galvin, "Da, da. I puttink in the mount points, da. And puttink the runner holes, dis that goodink?"

Galvin takes out a screwdriver from his toolbox, and smile at Rasputin. "Wonderful. Then I will start mounting the cameras and everything right away." He takes a final sip from his iced tea as he stands up from his seat and adjusts his glasses as he judges where to start.

Rasputin clears out the plates for both Galvin and Bridget, then he goes over to wash his hands again. He smiles and looks back, "Do you needink helps? I have no problem assistink yous, da?"

Galvin looks up at some of the mount points and adjusts his glasses again. "Sure well watch and look at how I mount and connect this camera. Then I'll help you do the same. Hopefully that will let us work twice as fast." He mentions as he takes a small camera out of his toolbox and moves to one of the mount points.

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, da." Rasputin whispers out a spell, and he starts to pick up tools and the like. Then with a twinkle of his fingers a small ladder comes out of the back and sets up under the mount point you were headed twoards. Of course, a few of the customers stop eating for a moment. Then they just go back to their eating. "Da, da. I am watchink."

Galvin watches with wide eyes at the display of magic and gnaws on his lower lip for a moment. "Uh ok." He mentions as he climbs the ladder and takes out a spool of wire. He quickly screws the camera to the mount point and wiggles it to test that it is up there in a sturdy manner. After making sure it is well mounted he attaches the wires to the lead of the camera and uses come staples to secure the wire to the wall. "Ok so we will run this wire a little bit, and I can conceal it easily enough. I just don't want to tear up your walls to wire the cameras up to the electrical system, so we will run a little wire to limit that."

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, da. Dhis would be goodink, da." He smiles a bit and goes on assisting you, "I havink donink the runnink of wires, likink in our plans. I keptink them hiddens, so should be good, da. I net knowink how to connectink, so leftink them un done at each end with lots of extra length, da." He smiles, "Dis this goodink?"

Galvin tilts his head again to listen to Rasputin, trying to understand what he is saying. "Oh wonderful yes. If you can run the wire that will quickly cut down on the time. I'll hook them up, you run the wire." He mentions as he takes out his handheld computer and show a three dimensional model of the shop and where the wire needs to be. "So this should be how the wire is run. Now if you run in to any problems we can easily change it."

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, da. That is goodink. I can doink that easy, da." He goes to work, making sure to keep things nice and neat. He runs the wire quickly, and efficently. Soon enough the breakfast crowd emtpies out, and staff start to clean up the tables, for an hour before lunch. Then Rasputin decides to just cancel the meals for the rest of the day. He sends everyone home, so you and him can work.

Galvin takes a couple of trips out to his large ATV that is parked out front taking a few tools and supplies into the deli. He quickly mounts and wires each camera making sure it is aimed just as his notes from Vixen indicate. He spends a lot of time making sure that everything is expertly mounted and aimed. Often times he takes out his handheld computer to interact with the camera and makes sure the feed from it is correct.

Rasputin follows suit, making sure each of the mount points he already did have wire run to them. He disappears down stairs a few times, then comes back up. He keeps making sure all of the runs are made cleanly with nice and long leads. "Havink you gottink any others works like dis yet?" He smiles, "And did you evers find out abouts possibles magical systems?"

Galvin shakes his head slightly as he works on moving a camera ever so slightly to prevent a blind spot. "Nope this is the first security system I have ever set up. But I never did get a chance to ask Nemain about the magical systems. She seems to be damm busy with her work at Draconic secrets or whatever it is called. I really don't know anything about magic. I just know technology and my own psionic powers."

Rasputin nods slowly, as he mutters about a cable not being run correctly. He goes back down stairs, then comes back up a moment later. He picks the conversation up right where it was left off, "Da, da. Nemain's is a magik user? Techno-wizard?" He smiles as he fixes the problem with the cable and then looks over to you.

"Yah she is a Techno-Wizard. Pretty talented as I hear it, but I don't know much about that. Maybe she can make you some techno-wizard solutions." Galvin mentions while he modifies the UV strips slightly before mounting them properly. After standing up he adjusts his glasses with a finger. Rasputin nods slowly as he thinks about that for a few moments, "Da, da. Are you net knowink muchink about her talents? She works at Draconic Secrets? Da?" He looks at his work, then goes to the next batch of cables to run. He gets to work on it, making sure to leave length and to run them down where they should be going.

Galvin looks down at the strips and closes his eyes for a moment using his psionic powers to make sure the system is set up correctly. "Uh really I am pretty ignorant about the ways of magic. I mean I have offered her some advice but that is only with some quick designs. Maybe if there is a magic detector or something like that I could mount it on a drone." He says while moving over to the next mounting point.

Rasputin nods slowly, as he continues his own work. Then, he gets down from the ladder, "You wantink a sandwich? We have been doink works for several hours now, da. Or ice tea breaks?" He gets out two glasses and pours you a glass of ice tea and himself one as well.

Galvin wipes his hands with a small rag as he walks over to the counter. "Uh sure. I could use a sandwhich. I lose track of time a little too easily I guess. And some iced tea would be awesome." He says with a smile as he sits down and sets down some of his tools.

Rasputin nods slowly and makes you up a sandwich. Then he makes his own sandwich. He smiles, "Da, da. Dis goodink." He smiles and looks around, "We will be doink much of dis quickly, da."

Galvin picks up his sandwich and takes a bite from it. "Well I'll have to come back a couple times. This will take a little while, but I'll get it done. Not to worry." He assures inbetween enthusiastic bites of his sandwich. "I won't be able to spend whole days, sometimes will just have to come over after my day job."

Rasputin nods slowly, "Da, da. Nowink problems. Do you wantink stop for da day? Perhapsink start tomorrow's evenink?" He smiles, "I could keep goink on wires, so quickers for you? Da?"

Galvin shakes his head. "No I want to do the whole day. I want to make some serious progress so that I can do more detail work when I can only work half days." He says as he finishes up his sandwich and goes back to work.

Rasputin nods and goes back to work with you. He keeps pulling wires and working on making sure things are done correctly on his side.
