Just after prime time and Vixen is settled in at a broad table on the outer edge of the seating area in the Alibi. Her coat is off, draped over the back of her chair. Said chair slid back enough that she can lean back in it and cross her boots on the edge of the table. She's got a tall glass of that pink tinted tequila in hand and a half gone sig between her fingers. Her eyes half closed as she observes the dancers, she's well entrenched in a moment of simple hedonism.

In what might be the most casual he's seen out of doors, Leonard enters the Alibi in jeans and a longsleeved pullover. The cloak remains solely due to the weather, and is shed once inside. As he actually expects familiar faces, he looks over those seated rather than run for the bar. The lounging hedonist draws a smile from him as well as his steps towards Vixen's table. "You look to be enjoying yourself already."

"Man, I don't got no reason not to," Vixen states, her head lolling towards him with a sly little grin curving her lips. "Only question I got is what are you getting and why don't you got it yet?" She lifts her cig for a light draw, casually blown away from Leo afterward. "Today is a day for feeling good and I'm feeling it a hundred percent."

"I'm working on it. You had a head start." He offers her a somewhat wearied smirk as he sits. Leonard then waves over a serveuse to request a copy of Vixen's drink. "I'll try and catch up."

Vixen smirks faintly as she slips her feet from the table and sits up, setting her glass down, leaning against the elbow of her other arm, cig dangling casually. "So what are you going to do now that you don't got to worry about fog and undead every night? Cause now all you got to worry about is gangers if you walk around the Dregs a lot."

Leonard chuckles at that. "I've no idea, really. The fog and undead were here to greet me, so I'm not even sure where to start. The Dregs are not my first choice of places to visit often, though. You're awfully excited about it. Do you have any plans?"

Vixen shakes her head. "Well, what did you do most nights back at the ole homefront? Me, I'm thinking once the weather starts to warm up I'm going to be spending some time at the park. And I think I need to get me a new suit for some time at the gym pool. I don't swim much, but a little dip and a little lay about is always fun. Maybe find a place where I could do some relaxed sun bathing every once in a while. Not something I get to do too often."

Leonard rolls his shoulders. "This IS the homefront, Vix. Although an occassional swim does suddenly sound inviting..." His somewhat excessive attempt at wit is interrupted by the arrival of his drink, so he can't claim alcohol as an excuse. Yet. After taking a swallow, he admits, "I really don't know, yet. Most everything of my life before I'd rather not return to, and don't think I could if I wanted to. There are always new places to visit, but I should start with the 'proper' Kingsdale, first."

"You know what I mean.." Vixen considers Leo idly for a few moments before she says, "Hard to tell you just what is what around here. I came back during this mess too. So I'm still getting used to the place after being gone for a while." She grins idly and wonders, "So there's no good times from back then? I know there's a lot you don't wanna think about.. got a few of them myself. But there's gotta be something good in all that."

Leonard nods, taking another draught, apparently attempting to catch up to her in the drink department. "There were some good times, but it's hard to think on them much without dragging everything else up, too. Everything now is ...well, about as opposite as what it was before. First, I was just trying to survive, then there was nothing but study, and now..." He waves his free hand about uncertainly.

Vixen smirks faintly and nods her head once. "I guess so. You'll just have to figure out something new here. Just like me, for the most part. Maybe we should head over to the Monkey Business again some night and I'll teach you more about Ultima Fighter." Vixen and Leo are at one of the larger tables on the edge of the seating area, each with a glass of a pink tinged amber fluid, Vixen's half gone, she with a brown paper cig dangling between her fingers, likewise half gone. Still not long after 5 PM, the night is getting started right. "Maybe you can put your mind to the free sunbathing issue. I don't doubt you'd enjoy the fruits of getting that one set up." She giving him a wry grin.

"That will be my next project, I think." Whatever sombering of his mood had occured, Vixen's suggested issue does reinvigorate a grin. "Regular trips to the beach might solve that, but a local solution would be better. Keep me closer to the Monkey Business, as well. I'm sure that I'll figure something out."

Tirzah steps past the checkpoints with minimal fuss. The fog is gone, and everything is more laid back. Or at least it seems to be. Walking with a purpose she heads to the bar, briefly considering her drink choice on route. "The fine rum with punch and ice." She orders, feeling like a sophisticated but flirty drink. Taking a sip she turns to observe the club, and see if she can find the others.

Vixen makes a bit of a face at that and notes, "As nice as that was, doing it regularly ain't the sort of thing that I want to do a lot. A bit risky to be out there at.. what'd you call it again? Whatever that place was, it's just not the sort of thing that feels safe. And I'd want to indulge at the drop of a hat. What I'd really like is a nice house with a sun room, but the sort of resources you need to plunk down for that I don't got."

Leonard finally succeeds in emptying his drink to the halfway mark, and sets it aside for the moment. "It would be a risk to go too often. My pockets aren't quite that deep, either, so I guess it will just be a challenge. A worthwhile one, at that." He pauses a moment in thought, perhaps already conjuring potential solutions.

Soon after her partner enters the club, Sage steps into the club as well. She wears a long coat and doesn't seem to be in any hurry to get past the check point at first.

Spotting Vixen and Leonard with her scan Tirzah grins and downs her drink to get things rolling. Turning back to the bar she orders the same but as a margarita, in two pitchers. Grinning mischievously she collects a serving tray to carry the blended eloquence and classes over to the table. On the way she looks over to the doors to see what's taking Sage. Still grinning her link takes hold of Sages coat and pulls it up towards the ceiling.

Vixen smirks, sipping at her drink idly as she leans forward a little. "Well, once you get a good idea, let me know. Though I suppose in the meantime, next time you catch me at the pool, I might let you do the lotion rubbing there. If you're good, of course." She breathes out lightly and glances towards the dancefloor idly, without a sense of want or desire. "Damn, now I'm thinking about houses and shit." There's plenty of room at the table once the other two get there.

Leonard looses a soft laugh at Vixen's complaint, his focus still on her and the conversation. "Nothing wrong with wanting a private sunroom, is there? I just hope the fog was to blame for all the horrid weather and lack of sunshine. It will be nice to see more of it, even if I can't always catch you in need of tanning lotion. When I have a solid idea, I'll let you know."

Reluctant to shed the coat at first, Sage takes her time but a noticable unseen pull on the coat makes her slip from it before she's made to look completely ridiculous fighting with a coat in an outfit she hasn't worn before. She checks in whatever else she needs to, before settling her hair. Fortunately with the practice she got walking over here, she doesn't feel the need to concentrate too much on walking. She does wear a bit of a frown and seems a little self-concious in the way she carries herself. She smoothes her hands along the dress.

Nodding slightly Tirzah lets the coat back down for Sage to catch, it may even look like she removed it that way on purpose. Continuing on to the table she smiles at Vixen and Leonard. "Hope you guys aren't too far along with the celebrations. She notes as she carefully finds room for the pitchers and glasses. Before she takes her seat though she waits for Sage to catch up, her expression trying to convey confidence and reassurance. Yes she could see it might take some practice for Sage to be capable of the nature of the dress she wears.

Vixen shakes her head, breathing out her latest plume of smoke. "Not much use in pining after what you don't got the cred for, man. Unless I suddenly land a string of high paying merc jobs, I ain't gunna get the couple hundred thousand I'd need for a decent place in a decent part of town." She frowns a little and shakes her head. "I'm in the Happy Days for now. Which is alright. I've lived in worse, but yeah.. I wouldn't mind a place some day." Her shoulders roll, easily shoving the idea to the pile where it will sit for now. She glances towards Tir as the woman comes up and she smirks faintly. "I was wondering if you'd get over here," she states, eyeing the pitchers. "What's that?"

Leonard lifts a brow as Vixen speaks of accomodations. If one is to aim, might as well aim high, it seems. His comments are also shoved aside as Tirzah arrives and he turns to greet. The change in attire is a bit of a surprise. "Good eve... Tirzah. What DID you bring." Now he begins to wonder if he is under-dressed, even if jeans and a pullover are about as different from his usual fare as the arriving woman.

At least her partner is wearing something that would draw attention as well, even if Sage doesn't look particularly thrilled to be in her current attire. Yet, she would have to try wearing it at some point. She walks over to where her partner and two other familiar people are. She may draw some attention from those noticing her attire, but she doesn't carry herself well enough to use the dress' design to its full potential. "Hey..." She says with a somewhat subdued tone.

Tirzah grins at Vixen. "Margaritas with fine rum. Three or four of these and before you know it you're having a good time." She promises, as she pours a glass and hands it to Sage, knowing she could use it. Pouring one for herself she lets Sage take her seat and get comfortable first. "Relax love, you look stunning, and stunned, with is understandable. The dear in the headlights feeling will fade soon." She promises with a reassuring rub on Sage's half bare back.

Vixen glances towards Sage as she arrives, a brow arching subtly. "I guess you two are dressing the part," she comments idly, softly amused. "Take a seat, how about you two chip in to the, 'What are you gunna do after dark now that you don't gotta worry about the fog' topic." She tips her glass towards Leo, "He's not got much to go on, so he needs some ideas what to do around here." She lifts her glass to finish off her initial drink in a healthy swallow before setting the glass aside idly.

Leonard notices that the dressing up extends to Sage, even if she seems less than comfortable with it. He looks over the combination of her and the dress, without LOOKing her over. "You look quite lovely, Sage." The smile on his lips widens before it shifts between the three ladies while curling to a smirk. "Yes, other than trying to create a private tanning area for women and purchasing the appropriate oils and lotions in bulk, I'm fresh out of ideas."

Taking the drink from Tirzah, Sage doesn't start to sip at it right away. It seems more comforting to hold for the moment. She glances to Tirzah with a look that doesn't seem overly convinced yet, before she looks to Leonard. A faint smile comes to her lips, giving a bit look of shyness. "Thank you." She replies softly before settling down on a chair. Her gaze drifting down to her lap briefly before she crosses her legs with a slight face.

Sage glances to Vixen last as she's a little distracted with her current attire and feelings, "It wasn't my idea." She comments, before she purses her lips. "I think not worrying as much might be among the top things." She comments, before glancing to Leonard with his idea. She raises a brow, but doesn't comment.

Taking her own seat Tirzah takes a swallow from her drink as she considers the topic. "Hmm I actually tried not to let the fog restrict me too much. Just not one to let something tie me down. But I do see others I have crossed paths with before being more active now. The gangs will probably reassert their authority in the dregs. Work will get busier as clients worry less about leaving the safety of their homes. And I was just about ready to organize a venture to find some resources to fight the fog. I suppose its still equally viable, even more profitable, with the threat gone." She notes casually before she regards Leonard. "Tanning eh? I don't tan, cant burn and all. Though I am fond of oil massages."

"He's just eager to get me naked and oily again," Vixen comments idly as she decides to try the mixed drink, pulling a new glass her way before pouring herself a half of it. Though she draws on her cig first, holding it lightly for a moment before she adds, "Resources, huh?" Glancing at Tirzah she wonders, "What are you after? I could always use some more resources. Maybe I can get that nice house with the sunroom. Not for the tan. Nature gave me that nice look." She then lets her head loll a bit towards Sage, considering her again. "You know, the right thing to do is take full credit for it. You look good. Though I guess maybe you aren't 'too used to dresses?" Her brows lift.

"You say that like I shouldn't be." Leonard's half glass is overlooked in favor of acquiring a fresh one of the latest concoction. He offers Sage a slight nod as he sips a taste from it, though his eyes are upon Tirzah. "I suppose I should ask if you've any need of other magical talents. My funds won't last forever, so I need to consider income, myself."

As the others begin to speak, Sage takes a sip from her drink as she tries to momentarily forget her discomfort. She considers her partner as she begins to remember the other troubles that may foil any hope for peace and quiet for a reasonable period of time. She purses her lips briefly as the talk about resources come, but Vixen takes the initiative to ask. She raises a brow at the talk about oils before her lips curl faintly as mild amusement begins to come. "Perhaps he'd take all the naked an oily he could get..." She suggests, with a teasing look to the man. She takes another small sip from her drink before glancing over to Vixen. "That's about the shape of it." She concedes.

Tirzah smiles encouragingly at Sage after the oily jest. trying to subtly indicate the more fun she had and more of an advantage she held the better she'd feel in the dress. But then looking back to Leonard and Vixen she considers their interest in the venture, nodding slightly. "Well I could certainly use the help I guess. The search will be for gem deposits. The technowizard i spoke to told me quartz, and emeralds or diamonds for what I intended. But I think maybe now I can broaden that horizon and maybe just see what's out there. It'll involve going back to where I came from to ask Denma for his help. He's an expert earth warlock and geologist, so if there are deposits, it shouldn't be too hard for him to find them." She explains for everyone.

Vixen grins idly at Sage. "Nothing wrong with it, though I suspect you'll be working up to a mini for a while." A soft little prod without any bite to it. " Leo gets an amused eyeing, though she leaves off on pressing on the subject for now as Tirzah starts speaking. "Sounds simple enough, though it could be a craps shoot. You'd think if there were a lot of deposits out here, someone'd of snagged 'em. Unless you're going to go looking far off somewhere. But that's a whole other bag of annoying." She pauses then as a beep comes from her coat, which is settled on the back of her chair. She reaches into the pocket to pull out her little handheld. "Damn.. forgot about that," she murmurs as she turns the alarm off and sits it back into the internal pocket. She lifts her glass for a swallow before she gets up. "Sorry about this, but I gotta go check something. You can get back to me later on that idea if you want." A nod towards Tirzah. She then leans over to run her fingers through Leo's hair and lay her lips against his forehead lightly. "Meet me tonight." Grinning at him before she straightens and turns to lift up and slip on her coat.

It's just as well that the subject shifts to geology, as Leonard's snarky facade starts to crumble under the 3 on 1 backfiring of his prior jesting comment. Another drink and the mixed lighting will hide most of the blush, he can hope. "That is far out of my expertise, but..." The all-too familiar beeping coerces a mildly defalted nod from him almost before Vixen is done excusing herself. Not that it's anything that her passing affection can't mend, of course, and her grin is returned. "I'll be there."

With the comment about working up to a mini, Sage's attention drifts to Vixen. "I wasn't planning on wearing too many dresses... let alone anything shorter." She comments, before she glances to Tirzah. "I may be able to help find them... but I only sometimes get a feeling for where natural things are located." She mentions, thinking back to the offer she made to her departed lizard woman comment. She gives a soft sigh as she wishes that her friend didn't leave or at least gave her a chance for a proper good-bye. Then she realizes Vixen is leaving, "Take care." She ofers, before looking to Leonard. She gets a brief look of mischief, but the thought doesn't turn into a comment. Instead, she decides to sip lightly from her drink instead.

Tirzah nods in agreement with Vixen and waves at her departure. Taking a moment to decide if she should still reply with the questioner gone but she does continue. "That's why I want to see Denma, aside from his knowledge of the earth, he can accurately sense its assets as can his aides. If there are resources out there to be tapped he will find them. Though I wonder what he might want in return." She finishes, realizing that his time has value like any others and considering what she could offer him in return.

Vixen chuckles in response to Sage's words. "Too bad, a good mini is a head turner.. might have to dig out some of my own once the weather warms." Of course, giving Leo a sidelong glance as she muses that possibility. She catches the last bit as she goes then, but leaves it for another time as she hustles her way to get her arms and get out the door.
