Description
Standing at a respectable six foot four inches is a being of obviously non human origins. Easily mistaken for a CS Battlecat or similar mutant, the Pantheran's only truely outstanding feature is his perfectly blank eyes. The eyes a complete milky white, as if he were blind stand out in stark contrast to his jet black fur. Dispite this however, through what ever means the creature obviously has no problems operating as any other sentient being, displaying no signs of being unable to go about his daily tasks.
At present he is dressed in heavy juicer plate armor with an underlaying MDC Kevlar body suit. While such a suit fails to provide any environmetal protection it at least serves to protect one from the rigors of the daily battlefield. When he is not wearing the acompanying helmet, four neat little earstuds can be seen decorating the edge of his right ear. Each one displaying a different symbol with a different coloured background. The symbols themselves have no matching human equivilant, indeed they do not match any known symbol seen around Rifts Earth (OOC: Of further note, for those who can detect such things, the studs look even more different in the UV spectrum especially where the colouring is concerned).
Beyond that he carries a pair of obvious pistols. Each holster holding a massive NTI-02B Heavy Pistol. Connecting to the holsters that partially hang off a utility belt are a number of ammunition pouches containing spare clips. Attached to the left shoudler strap of his webbing is a Vibro Knife with the handle pointing downward for easy and quick acess to pull it from it's sheath, with a similar blade handle on the left, though what sort of knife it is, is hard to say. Definately longer however. The weapons array does not stop there. A pair of 10mm automatics are in a set of holsters located at the small of his back, and in times of open battle he often runs around with an NG-IP7 complete with thermo-optic scope, GAW-AT6 LAW and a small backpack (Though he does not carry the law or the rifle within city limits). Notably every single ranged weapon in his arsenal sports a laser sight, and to finish it off, as the grand finale, tucked under the edge of the holsters on each side of his leg, is a strap on brace of four silvered throwing knives, 8 knives in total (4 each side).
OOC Note: If you have a valid reason for having an active radiation detector, and be paying attention to it, it's relatively easy to notice that the closer you get to this creature the higher the rads tick up. Well into exposure levels that can eventually prove fatal after prolonged exposure.
WYSKA
Kesslan is rumored to be romantically involved with Desmond and Aimee. He's also well known to be radioactive, and as a result often spends time away from both home and The Alibi that he partially has an ownership stake in. While his eyes give him the apperance of being blind, it's at least known that he seems to have no trouble at all seeing dispite this supposed handycap. Beyond his role as a security guard for the club however, he seems to stay out of most of the day to day involvements there and spends much of his time away from Kingsdale acting as both a mercenary and an adventurer.
He is currently rumored to be in search of what he refers to as his 'lost paw'. And has launched several expeditions with mixed degrees of sucess. With the successful ones brining back a number of alien artifacts, some of which are radioactive, though not necessarily to any dangerous levels.
Hooks
Kesslan is known to often be looking for ways to help his fellow Pantherans out, never mind that their all in another dimension he doesn't know how to get back to. But he's well known for being willing to listen to an interesting tale or even be interested in getting his hands on schematics for well.. just about anything and everything.
