Stepping in early this morning Tirzah twirls a small velvet pouch in her hands. Her mood is quite positive judging from her expression as she steps up to the counter. "Been a while." She notes to the atmosphere with a smirk. "But some lessons must be learned. My lesson was, say what you will about morals and noble selfless actions, money talks. So why bother with the selfless in an industry that is decidedly not?" She continues before looking around to spy the technowizard she's met here before.

Well, renos is where he most always is, behind the counter, doodling on some of his notes, looking a bit bored. Thats, of course, before the bell rings. Once it rings, he sweeps the notes away and stands up straighter, a bit of a false greeting smile on his face as someone enters. When he sees it is Tirzah, though, his smile fades a bit before giving way to a puzzled blink. "Why yes, I suppose it has. And...I suppose, though your reference is quite confusing."

Tirzah shrugs and shakes her head. "No don't mind me, I was just foolish. I thought if I appealed to a young technowizards aspirations I might be able to swing a deal. But really i just ended up swinging into a different price altogether that benefited no one." She briefly explains. "So I'm back here, with a pouch full of gems and a pocket full of credits, hoping to get back to the simple cut and dry side of life for a bit." She offers, slipping some allure into her tone. "Problem is I know next to nothing about spells and technowizardry. Yet I'd like to commission a device that can heal, a device that can repair, a device that can protect, and a device that can create water food or supplies. All either by input power or leyline." She lays out.

There is a bit of a nod from the man's head and a tilt to the side. "It sounds like it was not a pleasant experience." At the added allure, his face glows a little red and his eyes quickly turn to the side. "Well, one thing that I believe in is honesty. I will tell you up front what it takes, what it costs, and how long. I don't believe in trying to cheat my customers. A good customer will pay for any inconvenciences that would crop up from the extra time and effort. Hrm...Well, a device is built by what it is, what kind ofgems it needs, and how many, as well as other parts."

Tirzah nods slowly and set the pouch down on the counter. "I got these gems from an expedition. I'm told they're not extremely valuable but I've also heard that's not necessarily the issue." She offers and opens up the pouch for perusal. "And currently I have eighty thousand credits to put forward and more on the way in less than a month. So with that maybe you can tell me what's feasible?" She asks. In the pouch is revealed Agates, rose and ruby Quartz, Aquamarines, a Topaz, and an Amethyst.

"You know...if you want...to talk...or anything...I am always here. Or at home. I wouldn't...mind." He then nods slowly, his face still a bit red. "Well...for an individual TW, it depends on how skilled he is, and the spells he has. Now, for the defense item, I know that won't be a problem. As for the rest...those may be quite a problem. If I don't have the spells, I have to go looking for someone who does." He then moves his hand to the gems, pulls out a small magnifying glass, and begins to inspect them.

Tirzah raises a brow at Renos, growing curious. "Well last time you kind of pushed me away over my aspirations towards a place to rebuild hope and start healing. Its hard for me, not being from here and find my ideas equally alien, where do I turn?" She asks in a moment of softness. "But as for spells, whether you want to get scrolls or want me to find someone with the spell, I'm quite a capable gatherer. I already know of two people with an energy shield spell that could volunteer it. If you tell me what spells suit the objective I'll make it happen." She promises with much resolve. Examining the gems finds the cheaper ones to be of 3 carats and the better ones just a single carat. The topaz is 5 carats.

"I know I pushed you away, and I am sorry. I didn't want you to possibly worry over what I might be feeling." Renos then looks down at the counter. "I can possibly look for them as well, Tir." He then nods. "I have Armor of Ithan, Deflect, Energy Field, Impervious to energy, Impervious to Fire, and Magic Shield for possibly protection spells. As I said, it won't be a problem. I use a lot of protections in my work. Energy is useless if you can't contain and direct it." He then shrugs, "As for the rest, I would need a healing spell, a repair spell, and a spell that can create food or water. Scrolls are much more expensive, but gains the benefit of learning it forever."

Tirzah pulls out a note pad to write these things down quickly. "You wouldn't happen to know of specific spells that do those things? I know water warlocks can create water, and make it into wine. There is a spell in my discipline of fire that allows one to eat fire. But beyond the spells that the link to the elemental plane offers warlocks I really don't know what to ask for." She explains, looking a bit frustrated that she happened to be so secluded from the other practices growing up. "What you might be feeling?" She asks innocently as she gets a moment to consider his reasons.

Renos says, "Well, I always thought you were...well, I am sure you know how you look. And I know that you are quite direct, and nice at the same time. So...I have always...liked you." He then looks away, as he was looking at her before. "Um..." He then tilts his head back and looks up at the ceiling. "I know the healing off hand, Light Healing, Heal Wounds, Greater Healing." He then frowns slightly, thinking. "There is create water. And then there is Mend the Broken. I don't know about food. I know about wood and steel.""

Tirzah looks curiously at Renos, her flat chest and boyish muscles are certainly never forgotten but the other compliments seem to make her day as she visibly brightens. "No one besides Sage ever calls me nice, they only see the fire and get what they expect I guess. That's touching, it really is." She says in appreciation as she writes down the spells, underlining the healing and create steel. "I know someone with the create wood so I will see about purchasing scrolls for these others then." She says, looking at her notes before looking fondly back at Renos.

There is a bit of a return smile and a shake of his head. "But, you are. I suppose there is a bit of fire there. And that makes it a bit exciting as well. But you have never been intentionally mean. And I am a bit of an expert on people being mean to me." He then looks down, just looking at the counter top. "I didn't want you worrying about me, or my feelings, ya know? You deserve to live a life that is...unburdened by my screwed up thinking." He then nods softly. "Scrolls can be quite expensive. You might want to consider finding the people."

Tirzah nods but doesn't look burdened at all. "Actually I'd rather invest the money in the scroll for a trusted friend than turn to a favor from someone that could come back at me later. Spells I know my friends have are one thing. Advertising them to the general public, is going to draw attention of people who want something more than credits in return." She points out sagely. "If you insist though you can give me a discount on the devices I provide scrolls for." She offers with a sly wink. "And I'll never consider positive feelings towards me a burden. Your issues where your issue, I'm glad you're getting past them. Sage is an accepting partner, she's not jealous over others dotting over me and being friendly."

"I suppose, but..." He then looks down at the ground. "I didn't know that you preferred women, or I wouldn't have made such an ass of myself either. And yeah, I am trying. Its not easy. Or, I didn't know that she did either, or I wouldn't have made an ass of myself with her either." He then nods. "Friends it is. Well, scrolls are majorly expensive. Tens of thousands of credits just for one. And thats level one." He then looks up at her. "If you wish scrolls, the devices would more than be paid for." He then smiles slightly.

Tirzah giggles at Renos shrugging off the apparent expenditure without much concern. "You're adorable! Prefer women, not exactly. I love Sage, she's my air. I prefer good company and people I can depend on. So does she, so maybe, if there's a decent guy under under the moping ass you think you showed before you can be preferred as well. Up to you, and Sage." She makes clear in a positive tone. "I'll get these scrolls then. What about the protection device though? That covered as well?"

Renos chuckles softly at her words. "I was...going through some things, Tir. I didn't mean to seem all mopey. Though I guess I wasn't a pleasure to be around. And don't state that its an understatement." He half grins at that. "I want it to be one." And then he nods. "And yeah, I was a big ass. I hope not to be any more. The protection I can do. Once I get the plans together for the four, and the costs work out, we can work out the costs versus the costs of the scrolls. I promise, though, to be fair and honest with them. I will even tell you the gems, so that if you wish, you can pick them up instead."

Tirzah nods enthusiastically. "Well yes I would like to know the gems but not out of mistrust but because this is only my share from the trip. I might be able to buy or trade for the other shares at better than market rate." She explains to him. "These are about ten percent of what we found there. Sage has another ten percent as well as some other friends so it could be better to try that route. This has no real deadline after all. These devices are going to be employed in the new refugee sector in northwest Dreg Town. its my hope that with the resources these devices offer They can rebuild and spread out to heal all of the Dregs." She says, with an air of hope and dreaming in her voice. "If that's not too religiously exclusive fore you." She adds in a slight tease.

Renos then shakes his head slightly at that. "No, its nothing like that. I am...a bit disillusioned about everything. But I cannot deny your hope and your passion for the betterment of everyone." He then smiles slightly and shrugs. "Besides," He gives a bit of a smile and a shrug, as if teasing slightly. "The customer is always right, right?" He then nods softly. "Now, what type of devices do you want to incorporate the spells into?"

Tirzah smiles as the understanding persists looking quiet ambient with how well this is going now. "Yes Zachary mentioned that could be important but was terribly stingy about it. Perhaps the healing can be a wand or medical bed? The creation device could be a table or work bench. and I guess the repairing could work there too. And the protection could perhaps be a door or something shield like. The notion is to create one center with all these resources that can be used to build up the surrounding area."

"If you don't wish them to be portable, we could do the ley line powered items. I can do the medical bed, workbench and the door locks. The idea is to take technological devices and turn them into magic items. I can't really work with wands. I wouldn't know where to start with something like that, except maybe an iron rod, with a built-in voice-activated computer." renos then smiles slightly. "If you wish to provide them even, I wouldn't mind a bit."

Tirzah nods simply, not appearing to see any issue with them. "Then I will get those things for you. I haven't been to the hospital in a while anyway. And the other items are no problem at all. A simple door lock will be big enough for the protection? Not a whole door?" she asks, a little curious about that detail. Also if you could quote me the cost to do that same protection set with my armor and ppe storage for it, I think that will be my next expenditure. The armor of ithan has been great, but my skills are taking me into dicier places."

Renos nods softly at that. "I will get on those. As for the armor, it should be fine with the armor of ithan. You wish the PPE storage? I can add that as a separate upgrade attachment. It takes a Diamonds or Emeralds. Diamonds are better, but costs more. Emeralds store half as much. So, it depends on how much you want. AS for the locks, it doesn't matter that I fix the electronic locks by themselves, as long as the locks are never removed from the door. Its considered an integrated device."

Tirzah nods writing down some more notes about the door lock setup. "Well I only want enough storage for the spell set so I'm not spending half of mine right off the bat. These things add up after all and elemental spells are consuming." She decides quickly. "If I still have funds left after I might consider another device purely for storage. But that's probably months down the road."

Renos nods softly at that. "And quite complicated as well. Its a lot more difficult to build something like that. Different spells are needed. Most of them quite rare indeed." He makes a few notes of his own. "Well, anything else that I can do for you Tir?" He then tilts his head slightly. "Would you and Sage care to go out for dinner sometime?"

Tirzah smirks and nods her head slightly. "Well Sage has been busy with family business lately. But I will ask her about it. If nothing else I'm sure she'll insist that I go for her. She wouldn't want those matters keeping me in. Not that they do. Its just the considerations we share." Either way I'll get back to you. "I'm sure I'll be a frequent visitor all things considered. Now do you need any of these gems for the door set first as you don't need scrolls for that? You can go ahead and put the other gems for it on the invoice. My friends can be hard to corner at times. So it will probably be the other sets that come together in time with the scrolls."

Renos chuckles softly at that. "Well, energy field would work. I would need at least a 1.5 carat sized gem of Ruby Quartz. And I would be glad to take you to dinner. I would like to go over the basic design sheet with you. Its something that I use to calculate costs. Or relative costs. Not sure what will be the actual costs until I start. But it won't be too much difference."

Tirzah nods and pulls out the single ruby quartz in the pouch to hand to Renos. "Well I see no problem with that. I'll get those items and these scrolls and we can have dinner sometime soon. My schedule is pretty open when I'm not on a trip for work. Often on a few, off a few as needed." She explains. "But before the end of the month I should have them all covered and we can compare the expenditures." She sys with a satisfactory nod. "I think that's all I came for. Anything more you want to ask or add?"

Renos just shakes his head a little at that. "Nope, that should do it. 1 workbench, 2 abilities. 1 Medical bed, 1 ability. 1 Door, 1 ability. 1 armor, PPE storage upgrade." He then smiles slightly at her, giving a nod. "I should have the worksheets done in a couple of days. After that, I will send you a letter."

Tirzah pauses briefly mid turn to look back to Renos "If the armor could get the other protections spells as well, that would be swell." She adds. "And thanks so much, I should have come here first, but then, I didn't really have the resources until now anyway." She notes with a sweet smile.

Renos blinks a little at that. "Other protection spells?" He asks, tilting his head to the side. "What did you have in mind?" At the smile, he blushes a bit and looks down at the counter once more. "I am sorry, but I didn't hear that part."

Tirzah nods, turning away from the door. "The same ones you mentioned for the door. I'm sorry I must have assumed you would be putting them all in. I guess that would be foolish to think. Just energy field? Even so from what I've seen that is better than armor of ithan." She proposes. "I just want more protection without draining my link."

Renos nods softly at that. "Well, thats a bit of a problem. The protections, you see, don't really layer. They are all either working, or not. And since it doesn't take much energy to put it up, so it should be sufficient. I could upgrade it, when I get better. It should make it more powerful. I could, however, put the impervious on the armor. That should be helpful, at least."

Tirzah smiles warmly. "I'll leave it to you to decide then. Its really not my trade after all but that sounds fine." She says and pauses once more before turning to the door. "What you said earlier, really was sweet, you made my day." She admits, her smile getting shy. "Good bye." And then she gone, darting off to go shopping for the things on her list.
