After a moment the door opens to reveal Tirzah looking a bit musty as if fixing something mechanicle. "Yes?"'

Leonard arches a brow at the unexpected state. Perhaps he presumed his own general ineptitude for most things technological was common in the mystically-inclined. "Am I intruding? A neighborly visit to check on you and Sage seemed a good idea."

"Come right in. I'm just polishing up a suit of armor for a customer. Sage is out corrupting innocents I presume. Quite the interesting turn around there. How are you Leonard?" Tirzah asks, leading the way back into her apartment. To the side are a large work bench and a modern medical bed. Both show gems of tw enhancement.'

"She did not stay as your guest for long, did she?" Leonard is somewhat surprised by that, as well. "It is ironic, I suppose. She is the last person I can imagine corrupting others, but that word make her all the better at it. I am well enough, all things considered."

"Erica got her out that night when my elementals and i gave in to sleep." Tirzah explains iwth a shrug. "Now I guess we wait. You dont mind if I continue working do you? This armor is expected to be readyb in the morning." She then asks, making her way back to the bench where the armor lays.

Leonard shakes his head. "Not at all. As I said, I didn't want to interrupt." He looks between Tirzah and her project. "I am glad that she is free, as I also hope she might contact me again... Are you enchanting the armor?"

"No just fixing it, thats what this bench does. I can take damaged armor and military grade scrap, put them on the bench and add a lot of arcane energy and the armor is fixed good as new. Costs about half as much as fixing it nromal like." Tirzah explains with a short gesture to a bin of scrap beside the bench.

"Quite the useful contraption." Leonard chuckles and gives the bench more scrutiny. "It sounds a much safer way to convert your talents to profit than, say, having others attempt to shoot, claw, or bite you. There will never be a shortage of people in need of armor repair."

Tirzah nods, retreiving an oiled rag to return to polishing the armor. "Nope, so long as they dont all follow my example anyway. This is one of the more common services I offer through Arcane solutions. Healing is the other. But we are also open to considering solving any sort of problem."

Leonard nods, himself. "I recall an advertisement. You did focus upon some of the most needed, and typically the most profitable, services. Vixen and I are starting a business of our own, in a similar vein. Security-related, for the most part, as most everyone has something they want to protect."

Tirzah workds diligently to polish up the armor and return its brand new luster. Just goes to show she is well versed in the standard measure of maintenance for such things. "Yes, I believe I heard Er5ica talking of applying before she became a slug worshiper. Seems like a bit of an odd job for you though."

"Well, my role is primarily for protection against the preternatural." Leonard explains with a mild shrug. "On the reverse, I think our talents are also available for breaching security, as well as helping to create it. Again, I have some talent in that, also. It is Vixen's design, and hopefully will become profitable. Nothing grand has come of it just yet."

Tirzah nods considering that as she finishes the armor and can set it aside as she walks to the kitchen to wash up. "So if I summoned and air elemental and sent it to rob someone filthy rich I could expect adequate resistance?" She enquires lightly with a slight smirk.

Leonard chuckles as he watches her finish and move to tidy up. "Possibly. It all depends if they paid for the protection. If the person did not, maybe they would become a client afterwards."

Tirzah snickers as well, finding that to be an interesting advertising method. "And what happens if he does and i come and pay you to break his security?" She asks, finding the dual service a little dubious.

"That..." Leonard stops to consider that a moment, then smirks, "is a very good question. You should ask Vixen on all those details. It is all her brainchild, afterall, and I am merely a partner."

Tirzah nods, agreeing with Leonard. "Well knowing Vixen I'm sure she has that all mapped out in a way I am unaware of. Was just interesting to play with your head. Glad my business is not so complicated. The only conflict I get is with mundane armor repair services that are having touble competeing."

Leonard's smirk deepens. "You seem to enjoy that, and are quite right. She might know more of what I am to do than /I/ do, but it isn't so vital just yet. Everything is still very nascent and subject to change." His shoulders roll. "Until then, I will just continue my research as I will."

"Sounds to me likes its still rather in the air. Want to work for me as well? I'm usre you'll still be capable of helping Vixen and I can have you on the payroll in a week. Could use another person with a high reseviore of arcane energy." Tirzah offers, looking quite interested.

"I'm flattered that you recognize my talents, Tirzah." Leonard cannot help but tease her in return for the prior paradox she posed. "Clients and work are still in the air, and even when they're not, I doubt I'll be occupied at all times. I'm certainly interested in both pay and making use of my talents. I could involve Edgar, also, to a degree, if needed."

"Well I could offer you to hire you for your impcable problem solving capabilities. But even thought they are well above average we simple to more straight fixing than complicated fixing. Just wasnt going to sell you on the creme of the crop is all." Tirzah gives in rebuttle, still smirking.

Leonard chuckles and shakes his head with mirth. "It's quite alright. I'm in no danger of starving or being evicted, but any reasonable professional and paying tasks are welcome. As much as I enjoy my hobbies, they don't pay for themselves."

"Well I could pay you nine hundred creidts a week to work as a consultant and fixer full time. You'll also have access to the bench and bed for your own repairs at the cost of materials. And I'll show you to the leyline out of town I have been drawing from." Tirzah offers, summing up the perks quite simply. Tsk, no dental.

"How could I deny your offer of access and credits?" Leonard's grin mellows to a more earnest smile, although it purses as he looks to the two apparatuses. "I assume that I don't need to be a mechanic to use either?"

Tirzah shrugs, not having any reasons. "Nope, just basic knolwedge of maitnenances to shine it up when your done. You put the scrap and armor on the bench. Channel your enrgy into it, and repeat until the armor is completely repaired. It can actually be used to fix anything, armor is the most popular request though. I can channel about 4 times a day without drawing from the leyline."

Leonard nods as he absorbs her explanation. "It isn't the most exciting task, but tedium is much less lethal than other methods I have attempted." He chuckles afterwards.

"Well you can still take part in such methods. I do. And when done you can fix your armor up for next to nothing." Tirzah points out with a smirk. "My last order of scrap, enough for one or two heavy suites or armor with considerable damage, Cost eighteen thousand. Where in twon can you effect repais so cheap hmm?"

"You already had me convinced," Leonard blinks at her newest point, "but the perks sound even better by the moment. I'll also keep an eye open for more raw materials. The lower the costs, the greater the profits, afterall. There may also be a way to conjure the materials, also. I learned to do so with lumber in order to help provide housing when the refugees first arrived."

Tirzah shudders slightly at the mention of the spell. "I have looked into the create steel spell. It is not cheap by any means. And I believe its more recycling than creating anyway." She notes before shrugging it off. "So you start tomorrow then? Nine am sharp? Your hours can be flexible as the repair work isnt overly time consuming."

Leonard nods, at both her comment and her question. "I will be here. Another benefit is the commute... not that I often have trouble with travel. I appreciate the flexibility, also. Are there any times you prefer I /not/ work?" He waves a hand around. "This is your home, and I don't want to intrude."

"Well I'm off to the gym by six every morning and back by eight. Eight to eight is simple enough. a more involved job may change that but for our regular stuff stick within those guidelines." She decides with a nod.
