To those with good hearing, footsteps might be heard as someone approaches the door. There's a silent moment when they stop, and the card with directions is tucked away into a small leather pouch. A moment more, and then there comes a knock to sound upon the door, Isabeau waiting beyond it for an answer to come.

A moment is taken before similar footsteps approach from the other side of the door and it is opened fully to Show Tirzah with a welcome smile. "Isabeau, you made it." She acknowledges with a nod. "I take this to mean all is in order with you again?" She then asks as she leads the way back into her apartment. Things are a bit different inside of late. To one corner the Apartment has sifted to more of a shop. There a workbench and scrap bin lie with a medical bed beside them.

A smile touches at the corners of her lips as the door is opened, and her blue eyes show a sparkle to them as Tirzah is revealed. "I did, aye," she says softly, giving a little nod. "I'm not sure if they're all in order just yet, but... things are better than what they were, and they have been peaceful," she says, quirking a smile. She steps inside, one of her eyebrows quirking upwards as she takes note of the changes within the room, curiosity showing in her eyes.

Tirzah nods, leading to the couches by the fireplace and inviting isa to take a seat. "Excellent news. As you can see for the time being I'm running the business out of my apartment. We've neither the revenue nor the client list to justify a separate building yet but all in good time." Tirzah notes before making her way to the kitchen. "Would you like some tea or something?"

Quietly humming to herself, Sage works away at various little tasks she's organized for herself. The noise of grinding as she uses a mortar and pestle to prepare certain herb and spice mixtures can be heard after a moment. There's also food that's current thawing for a later meal. She doesn't seem to take note of the conversation at the door yet.

Isabeau lifts a hand to capture a stray lock of her hair, sweeping it away behind one of her ears. She steps further into the apartment, then gives a small nod to the words. "So I see. It looks pretty good, so far," she comments, quirking a smile. "Some tea would be lovely, please," she adds, giving a nod, her eyes showing a sparkle. Her gaze settles on Sage there where her friend is working. "Hey Sage," she offers.

Tirzah nods and scootches past Sage with the slightest rub of affection to get the tea set up. A loving smirk is given to her partner but she doesnt want to interrupt her work so she keeps her focus on Isabeua as she makes the tea. "As our healer you'll be using the bed plus any additional skills you have. We charge a flate rate of 2000 credist for a full healing on the bed. I may also ask you to join on combat training to give on site aid if need be."

A small smile comes to the light touch offered to her before Sage glances over her shoulder to see her friend. "Hey Isabeau..." She replies, "I guess my partner is getting her hooks into you too, hm?" She asks with a light teasing tone in her voice. She pauses to adjsut her positioning so that she can glance between her work at the others in the apartment.

The redheaded woman watches the physical interaction between the two women, and a smile quirks at the corners of her lips. "Well, it would seem so. I can heal, even if only a little, so it seems that I would be best served to put that ability to good use," she says, her blue eyes showing a sparkle to them. Her attention turns to Tirzah, and she tilts her head a little to one side. "Combat training?" Isabeau inquires.

Tirzah nods, pulling down three cups and pouring the tea. "Yes, we offer intensive combat training vs the arcane to give our clients an accurate feel of what they could encounter out their. Its already one of our more popular services, employers often arrange it with us to try out new recruits and such."

"That would be one thing we have in common. But, I've generally known that there is more demand for those skills away from cities with their fancy facilities." Sage replies before pursing her lips and grinding away with the mortar and pestle once more. "Arcane?" She asks after a moment.

Isabeau raises an eyebrow slightly at the explanation, and she gives a small nod. "I would be interested in that, indeed," she says softly, quirking a smile. Her attention turns to the mortar and pestle that Sage is working with, and she lifts a hand to gesture slightly towards it. "What're you making?" she asks, curiosity to her voice. "I presume that, with the combat training, we serve the purpose of hurling magic at the recruits and see what they do against it?" she inquires, quirking a smile.

Tirzah nods with an eager grin as she hands a mug to Sage. "Arcane as in magic supernatural stuff." She says softly to her partner before taking the other two mugs to join Isabeau. "Pretty much, and give them advice on how to survive it. We start with simple stuff and gradually work up to my level of competence. Once they can hold their ground with me their probably ready for most things out there."

"Ah." Sage replies to her partner, "Thank you." She adds after a brief pause as she takes up the mug. She blows lightly on the surface water before placing the steaming mug off the side for a moment. She glances to her friend with a small smile, "Oh, just grinding up some herbs and spices for later use... may use some for marinating." She replies before pursing her lips. "Perhaps you should stay for dinner sometime." She adds before turns about once more to check the consistency of her grindings. She takes a moment or two to grind a little bit more before pouring a light brown powder into a nearby container.

The redheaded woman quirks a grin of her own, her blue eyes showing a sparkle to them. "Well, I'm not sure that I have much advice to offer on how to survive it other than not getting hit by it," she comments, lifting a hand to brush a bit of hair from her face. She glances to Sage, quirking a smile, and then she gives a small nod. "Herbs are always good in a marinade. And I'd like that, very much, to come over for dinner," Isabeau says, her blue eyes showing a sparkle to them.

Tirzah snickers and nods to Isabeau as she takes a long sip from her mug. "Thats usually the best advice. But often easier said than done. Usually against a caster ones best bet is to keep them on the defensive. If you're too dangerous for them to stop and cast thats a good start. I also use elementals for the supernatural aspect of the training." Tirzah explains before looking to Sage. "Speaking of which, what is for dinner tonight hun?"

"Unfortunately." Sage comments quietly when the 'easier said than done' is mentioned. She begins to pour another collection of dried herbs into the mortar. She nods faintly with a smile as Isabeau replies to her dinner suggestion. Then she raises a brow and looks over to Tirzah before a mischievous smile comes to her lips. "That depends... on how adventuresome you feel." She replies, before glancing towards Isabeau with amusement in her eyes.

Isabeau inclines her head to Tirzah, her blue eyes showing a sparkle to them, and she gives a small nod. "Aye, 'tis often more difficult in practice," she comments, quirking a smile. "I've never really thought of myself as being dangerous, strangely enough," she muses, her tone holding a thoughtful cast to it. Raising an eyebrow slightly, she looks to Sage, then chuckles softly. "Adventuresome?" she inquires, sounding amused.

Tirzah looks similarly interested about the Adventurous dinner options as her red eyes flicker with curiosity. "I'd like to think I'm adventurous as they come so lay it on me." She invites her partner, gaining a cunning smile.

Her friend's reaction brings a grin to Sage's lips as she rises to her feet. "Yes..." She replies with an amused tone of her own before looking back towards Tirzah. "Then, I give you two options." She comments, walking slowly towards Tirzah. "The first, I can make a particular kind of stew that may be symbolic of your quests... with things you like very much and other things that are ordinary... and whether you end up with what you wish is uncertain." She explains, "Or two... I can prepare things so that it all mixes together in a manner so that you may not be entirely sure what you are eating until you try it... but I can make it as spicy as you want." She adds before she comes within arm's length of her partner, before glancing towards Isabeau. "But, when you join us for dinner, I shall make your favorite dish... or dishes."

Taking a moment, Isabeau studies first Tirzah, and then turns her attention to Sage. She studies her friend, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "That sounds like quite an interesting proposition to me," she comments, amused with the idea. She falls quiet a moment, then tilts her head slightly to one side. "I'm not sure what I would choose, really," she says, ducking her chin a little and blushing a bit.

Tirzah smirks, really needing no time to consider the options. "You can always prepare whatever you think I'd enjoy in whatever manner you feel would be best Sage. But, if you feel this particular dish requires special sanction you have it, on the condition I get equal sanction on another dish later in the evening." She decides winking slightly at Sage.

Sage's gaze drifts between the two with a smile to Isabeau, "I'm not sure you could go wrong... per say." She replies before looking back to Tirzah with a raised brow at the response. Her gaze lowers briefly at the wink before glancing back up. "Do you know..." She muses.
