Question: Under the Juicer OCC description on page 79 of RUE, in the Super-Endurance section it says that 'can lift and carry four times more than a normal person' but under the Super-Strength section it only says Augmented Strength. Does that mean you take the Augmented strength and multiply it by 4?

ANSWER: No, the line 'four times more than a normal person' is flavor text and not game mechanics text. It is based on the fact that a Juicer's Minimum Augmented P.S. is 22. Based on the fact an normal average person's P.S. is 10. An normal individual of 10 would only multiply their P.S. by 10 to determine carrying capacity, thus they would be able to carry 100 lbs. The minimum P.S. of a Juicer is 22. This means they mutiply their P.S. by 20 for a total of 440 lbs carrying weight. This is 'four times' that of a normal person. Otherwise, it would mean that all Juicers would have x80 carry capacity, which would be greater than just about any other creature. That would not only be silly, but make no sense.
