Can I use Find Contraband to locate illegal weapons, ammo, cybernetics and items which are considered contraband in Kingsdale? Typically for 20% less than retail market price. Does this mean I could find a Wilk's Laser Sword or something else for significantly less?

Answer:
Yes, while you could use Find Contraband to find illegal items in Kingsdale there are very few things which are considered illegal in Kingsdale. Most weapons, ammo, cybernetics and the like are legal. Thus this skill is not of great use Kingsdale.
