It's a briskly cold day, but with the sun high people are out and about at the plaza, doing their shopping and hunting for deals amid the masses of purchasable materials. Vixen herself is right in the thick of it and, it seems, not here to tend to t he shopping. She's gathered a small cluster of people about her, though her focus is on one in particular. She has a microphone in hand, cordless, and is talking to one of the many folk there are to find here. "..right then. So one more question for you, friend. What's your word?" She grins at him as she asks, seeing the mildly perplexed look he holds. Only a moment is given for that before she clarifies, "You've got Kingsdale listening to you right now. What would you want to tell them all?" The man, average by every visible standard, seems uncertain. "Well, uh.. that's sort of sudden, isn't it?" Though he seems to be thinking and, with a grin, Vixen lets him think.

Alistair is doing a little jog though the plaza, looking for things to buy - mostly food. He's not a particularly good cook or anything, but Caliopa seems to appreciate the sandwitches and he can at least afford to put a little variety into them. He weaves to avoid people, greeting them with a smile and moving on, until he sees Vixen; he slows and aproaches, looking over curiously.

"I guess I'd say, don't wait to do what you want to, cause all you know you have is right now," the guy decides after a bit, grinning. He seems to like what he's come up with. Vixen nods and grins at him. "Not bad, man, not bad. You take it easy." He nods and turns to go on about his business. Vixen scans the area then and spots Alistair standing there. A broad grin comes as she casually motions for him to come over to her. "Hey, over here."

Alistair's brows hike up and he points a finger at himself. He comes closer and smiles, "Hello Miss Vixen!" he replies, waving a hand at her. "How are you today?" his disposition is bright as usual, and the curiosity hasn't faded yet. He's just a touch apprehensive then, after all she did uh, victimize him the other time.

Vixen grins at Alistair as he comes nearer to her, ever so friendly. "Doing great, just great," she states as she angles the mic a bit towards him, though keeps close to 'share' it. "You look like you're doing good. And the way you were going at that meeting, with the skeletons and all? That was some pretty fancy work there. Didn't figure a guy like you for that kinda fighter." The few people who were watching are, generally, still lingering about, the talk of the past attack and Alistair's part in it drawing some attention.

"Heh? What?" Alistair's expression changes at that, his eyes widen, and he tries to say something - he just doesn't know how to say it. It was supposed to be a secret to start with, and it was bad enough that people saw him! "I ... I just ... well, um" he blinks his eyes, looking at the people around him; he blushes, and looks down. "It wasn't nuthin' I just had to help - lots of hurt people."

"Your right about that, saw that much with my own eyes," Vixen says, nodding her head slightly. She puts a casual, friendly arm about the man's shoulder. "But what I bet some might really want to know is just what was going through your mind at that moment? Me, I know what was going on and ain't half of it polite to be said around most people." A playful little grin given along with that. And a chuckle from one of the nearby watchers. "Would you tell us?"

"Ah ... " Alistair is visibly in an uncomfortable place there. "Uuum ... there were bad people" he replies, "Or, I guess, one bad person and he made all those skeleton things come out and hurt people who had come out to party" he nods his head. "My mind ... uh ... that I couldn't let'em hurt Ca-aaah, more people."

Vixen gives Alistair a knowing grin at that. "I guess you were pretty focused, huh? Priorities and such." A subtle playfulness in that tone, though she seems intent to let it slide as she shifts topics again. "I guess a fella like you has probably killed people before? I mean, in this world it's pretty much a fact of life, what with the people out there that like to do harm. How do you feel about it?" Her concerned face back in force, giving the question the soberness that it is due.

Alistair hehs softly, smiling sheepishly at the first assertion. He isn't going to discuss it a whole lot either, but hopefuly the right person heard anyway! "Whuh?" that question takes him by surprise, "I-I-I, it's not like that, killing people isn't nice!" he replies in protest; it's one thing to hash it all out privately, but this is really making him ... blush! Badly - not in the same way a certain girl makes him blush, or teasing.

"Didn't say that, Alistair. This is a serious issue," Vixen asserts firmly. "But you know, lots of people out there that probably have never touched a gun get curious. And it's pretty clear that you're a trained fighter who has seen some action. The people want to hear from guys like you and this is the moment to tell 'em what it's really like. Cause I'm broadcasting right now and who knows how many are listening right now. So what's it like for you?" And she still manages to pull the question off perfectly straight, without a flicker in her expression to tell the tale.

"You shouldn't be asking me ... " says Alistair, looking a little pained. "Don't do things if you don't know the consequences ... and when you do know, don't do things when you can't handle the consequences. But not everyone is like that. Some don't care - except maybe for consequences to themselves."

Vixen shakes her head a little. "Ain't no one that shouldn't be asked that question," she asserts after letting him have his say. "Now, I understand if you don't want to answer this question, but you know.. a curious mind can't help but ask it of you." Still sober and focused. Giving a brief, dramatic pause before she asks, "Is there something you've done before where you've regretted it in the end?"

"It isn't like you can understand from one answer" Alistair replies, "All you get is a little glimpse, and then you misunderstand" his brows hike up a little, his shoulders tensing a little as he looks for a way out. "I think I took an apple when I shouldn't have once - it wasn't worth it, I was punished." he says softly - perhaps the people here can tell that he's being evasive, over the radio he probably just sounds like a ditz now.

Vixen grins and shakes her head slightly. "You can talk as much as you want, Ali. There's no time limit on Vixen's View when it comes to answering the touch questions." She pats his shoulder, the arm lingering as she says, "Can't imagine that's the thing you truly regret, but that's alright. Not everyone likes to talk about stuff like that. But I remember you had a good Word for me the last time I asked. Why don't you tell it to the people personally this time around? And anything else you might want to share."

"O-oh ... hmmm ..." Alistair pauses for a moment, but it doesn't take him too long to remember. Some people might not even notice. "Do unto others as you would like done unto you. Good deeds might not always bring about good deeds, but meanness will always come around to haunt you" he says, "I think that was it. He looks at the other people here briefly - it must have been a really really silly interview to listen to.

Vixen grins as she bobs her head once. "You heard it here, friends. The humble words of an unassuming hero. Maybe not enough of them around these days. THis is your Video Vixen, signing off from the Merchant's Plaza." Her arm slips from over Alistair's shoulder and she quickly turns off the small radio in her satchel. She and Alistair are in the midst of the plaza, the noon day briskly chilly. The few folk who had gathered to watch start to disperse slowly once it's clear the show is over, though one or two linger, just to watch the two.

Alistair relaxes a little now that it's over, breathing out. "It ain't nice to make people talk about things they don't want to Miss Vixen, in front of everyone" he says - there's no anger in his voice though, more ...sad. Maybe he feels betrayed a bit - probably not a huge deal right now though, he's been known to bounce back quickly ... hasn't he?

Speeding into the market square Tirzah does one orbit on her cycle to spot her quarry before descending and parking in one experienced maneuver. Right in front of Alistair too. The takes of her helmet, a very stern expression on her face as she shakes out her hair before given Vixen a slight nod. She's not sure wether to be glad the broadcast is over or not. But she has something to say. Swinging her leg over she looks over Alistair again, and then jumps him!

"That's the thing, Ali. I can't force you to say anything," Vixen tells him, looking back towards him with a casual smile. "You're perfectly free to say 'no comment' whenever you want." She pauses then glancing towards the approach of the hovercycle. She nods at Tirzah, then jerks back a step when the woman seems apt to jump at the guy beside her. And a few other eyes around the area turn this way as well, curious at the mild disturbance.

"But that isn't nice either, I mean ... it's not like I don't want to help your sh-OW!" Alistair starts that sentence, and prettymuch nearly finishes it, his expression a bit sheepish as he speaks with Vixen, having barely noticed Tirzah's arrival - he was about to greet her too, when ...

Taking Alistair to the ground in her unexpected maneuver Tirzah looks livid. And who knows why as she grabs his shirt collar to lean in and give him a real good look a her fiery eyes. "What the hell was that?!" She exclaims to his face. Because its obvious to her, and maybe more women, or maybe she's just having a heavy day, it happens.

Vixen blinks down at Tirzah and her exclamation. "Hey now, what the hell wrong with you?" This asked off Tirzah as the young woman crosses her arms over her chest. "Not much harder to ask questions without manhandling people, you know?" Obviously she has no idea just what the woman's problem is. "What's your beef?"

Alistair tumbles to ground, splayed in a cross, an expression of surprise on his face. Not like that doesn't happen a lot. The whole sudenness of the thing, as well as the relative lack of realization that Tirzah is referring to a live broadcast pretty much has the young man stunned. "Wha-?" his blinks his eyes at Tirzah, anxious, and he still hasn't lifted a hand against her.

Tirzah brings her hand across to slap Alistair not real hard, but enough to be noticed. "You were protecting her! You were protecting Caliopa! Why the hell did you change your answer? Are you ashamed? Embarrassed by what you have? Why the hell didn't you say what you meant to say?!" She demands, still in his face.

Vixen frowns faintly at that and moves forward, leaning in to put a hand to Tirzah's shoulder. "I dunno what business of yours it is, but even if it is, that's way over the line, you know? So what don't you get up off him and stop acting like some kinda psycho?" Her tone is firm on that.

Alistair blinks his eyes at Tirzah, they opening wide again. Why on earth did she slap him? "N-n-no! I'm proud that she's my girlfriend! But if I say and everyone hears then they'll come making challenges and bothering her!" perhaps a somewhat vague answer, but heck, he certainly does have a reason. "I know how I am ... " and the language now he'd never use, probably but for the fact he's quoting: "They'll say 'that pussy doesn't deserve that hot ass. C'mere and fight for her boy, I'll show you your teeth' and then there'll be more fighting ... and she'd be sad" his frustration with it is starting to show now, too.

Tirzah appears to be completely ignoring Vixen at the moment. But she does ease back a bit at Alistair's reply. Sitting on top of him still but no longer grilling him with the intense close stares. "Challenges?" She asks, perplexed. "What challenges?"

"They come to prove they're better" Alistair explains, not certain if that's enough. Looking back at Tirzah, hurt that she'd attack him actually, though in some way understanding - he adds, "I seen it happen lots of times. There'd be someone who could fihgt, and people would come to challenge that person to a fight. It never ends and it made good people move away or just other bad things. Sometimes they grab part of the family." It's a tough world after all.

Vixen frowns faintly and moves around the two, dipping to a knee at a slight angle to Tirzah's orientation. "You can't be that slow, babe. Take a look at him?" She looks at Alistair, head canted slightly. "I bet you got picked on a lot when you were little.. before you learned how to handle yourself." She grins lightly, though not in amusement per se. "But you know, you can't let that sort of shit keep you down, man. Not no more. Even if it ends up with some fists in the end, cause Cali will get over it."

"They come to prove they're better" Alistair explains, not certain if that's enough. Looking back at Tirzah, hurt that she'd attack him actually, though in some way understanding - he adds, "I seen it happen lots of times. There'd be someone who could fight, and people would come to challenge that person to a fight. It never ends and it made good people move away or just other bad things. Sometimes they grab part of the family -and" yes, that was coming pretty quick, and then he stops to look at Vixen, his train of thought seizing there somewhat.

Tirzah looks hard at Alistair again. "So you're still a pussy then? Got strong and buff on the outside, still a little boy inside. You wont hide behind Cali at least, but you'll still hide. Still hold back. Is that how you want to be seen? Is that the you we should remember? Caliopa's meak timid boytoy?" She asks, in her famously, although not to Alistair yet, tactless tone.

Vixen eyes Tirzah at her words. "Sounds to me more he's looking to protect her," she states, looking back to Alistair. "But you can't, you know. Cause no matter what happens, people will know. Ain't like you two are all that subtle. So unless you wanna leave her alone, you'll have to face up to it. You either face up to that or you back yourself off, cause you can't stealth it all the way."

"But it's not like we're all stealth ... why can't you see we're both shy?" Alistair asks, his expression showing frustration again. "It isn't like I can tell the whole wo-" he stops there, blinking his eyes. It's almost as if a lightbulb came on, his brows hike up a touch. His gaze turns to Vixen slowly.

Her point made Tirzah rises up from Alistair and steps just to the side, dusting herself off. Smirking a bit she shakes her head as she allows herself to register Vixen's initial reactions. "Sorry to be so abrupt Vixen, sometimes I get focussed on something and its like I don't see anything else. I guess I did come on strong." She apologizes.

"Don't look at me like that, man," Vixen responds to Alistair's look at her, standing slowly when Tirzah lifts him up. She addresses him first, however. "You didn't say the name and don't think everyone in this place knows her. There's tens of thousands of people around here. And no you both don't stealth it. So some day when you're out with her some young buck might see you two together and just what you fear is going to happen. I'd put hard cred on it. So it ain't like you got much choice in matters ultimately. She then eyes Tirzah. "This one here, though.. she pretty much let half the people in the whole plaza know the full name." She shakes her head slightly. "There's a difference between coming on strong and coming off as a lunatic. Firm words are one thing, but tackling and smacking people around is another."

Alistair looks to Tirzah and nearly pouts. "Mean ... " he says, his brows hiking up a little. He frowns a little as he listens to Vixen talk, blowing a breath out. He looks around at the people who were just watching the spectacle and blushes. Another sigh as he stands up and dusts himself off. He looks back to Vixen and says, "I think I may have a request ... maybe later."

Tirzah blushes slightly as well. Maybe she should have plucked him up and had the face to face chat ninety feet in the air. Less collateral damage that way at least. "Yeah sorry again, not in the right head space I guess.." She manages while looking around.

Vixen looks around a moment too and waves at some of the people still watching. "Nothing to see here, people." She then considers Tirzah. "Well, next time you get the urge to jump on someone, just take a moment, take a breath and use your words. Gunna have to watch you too if I ever have to do any negotiations." A faint amusement coming to her as she turns her attention to Alistair and moves towards him, hooking one of his arms. "You got a request, go on and make it," she says to him, starting to move the guy along, to get some distance from the lingering people. "You can whisper it if you want, I'll hear it."

Alistair exhales and relaxes a little more. He fidgets a little and looks back at Vixen - naturally, blushing, he leans in to whisper to her "It's for Valentine's. I'll finish the idea up later though" he replies, nodding his head a little, and blushing some more. Yep, someone gave him an idea - perhaps both of them.

Tirzah snickers, she played her role. She played it true to herself. And looks like the effect of it will be good for the show all in all. Remounting her cycle she gives each an nod before she puts her helmet on and gets ready to take off again. Lunch break was dwindling away after all.

Vixen arches her brow slightly and gives Alistair a nod at that. "Sure, sure.. you just get back to me then, you know how to. Everyone does." She grins and gives him a pat on the back, glancing back towards Tirzah a moment before she goes back to eyeing him. "You just remember what I said.. ain't no escaping trouble. You just have to figure a way to handle it with words.. or just deal with having to calm Cali down when it turns out you gotta smack someone around a bit."

Alistair turns his head to watch Tirzah leave, then he looks Vixen; the shock of everything hasn't quite faded yet, so his smile isn't all back, but hey - he bounces back so it'll be fine. "Oh ... but ... yeah" he nods his head a little. "Bye bye Miss Tizah" he waves at her, then to Vixen, "Good day to you also, I'll see you later."
