Electricity Generation

Question: I currently have the Electrical Engineer skill. Electricity Generation can be used to repair but not build from scratch. Which lead me to think Electrical Engineer would build one from scratch. And if they can build one from scratch they can repair and modify them as well right? So Since I am an Electrical Engineer do I need to take Electricity Generation?

ANSWER: Electrical Engineer is the broad skill, Electricity Generation would give you the specific skills when working with that type of equipment. To fully make one from scratch you would need both, unless you wanted a penalty while using Electrical Engineer.
