Coalition

This is an abridged set of information about the Coalition States, for more detail please see Rifts, Rifts World Book 11: Coalition War Campaign, Rifts Sourcebook Number One, and other Palladium Rifts books.
For approximately 100 years the CS (Coalition States) have been a group of predominately human fascist military types. They have clung to the ideal that the planet Earth belongs to humans and only them. To this end they have engaged in almost 100 years of constant warfare against the surrounding kingdoms of humans and non-humans to enforce their view on the world.
At the core of the CS there were originally 5 main states that make the Coalition States. Chi-Town, the orginal CS member, and where the ruler of the CS Emperor Karl Prosek II lives. CS Lone Star, home of the dog boy and other genetically created servants of the CS reign of terror. CS Missouri, the breadbasket of the CS and most likely only a puppet state totally under the control of Chi-Town. CS Iron Heart, a powerful industrial complex that produces huge amounts of the CS munitions, weapons of war, and vehicles. And of course CS Free Quebec, home of the Glitterboy Suit, CS Juicer Squads, and pure humans only club. Worthy of mention is Arkansas and Fort El Dorado, as well as the small city-state of Whykin -- although the latter is only a CS Sympathizer, not yet a member.
For most of the 100 years the CS have been in power they have warred without end, slowly creeping in upon the free cities where all were welcome and accepted. But they never openly engaged in conquest of the larger city states such as Tolkeen, Lazzlo, New Lazzlo, Federation of Magic, and of course Kingsdale.
Some see the CS as a force of evil, and some believe that they have in fact done many good deeds by destroying demons and monsters. In Kingsdale however, the CS are almost universally disliked due to Kingsdale's open welcoming of non-humans and magic users. Furthermore, the CS seems to prefer its people uneducated and simple -- a fact that Kingsdale does not appreciate.
