Borgs

In general, Borg's Physical Strength is considered Augmented PS. See page 285 RUE.

The only exception is for Combat Cyborgs. Combat Cyborg's PS is considered Robotic Strength. But his is limited to Full Conversion Combat Cyborgs only.

Full Conversion Borgs are considered to be in environmental M.D.C. body armor, thus they are not susceptible to the effects of a Neural Mace.

Unless otherwise stated specified, bonics and cybernetics do not provide a Perception Bonus.

Cyber-Humanoids from Sourcebook 5: Bionics, will use the same experience table as Combat Cyborgs, Headhunters and Robot Pilots on page 295 of RUE.
