The following are a list of alterations regarding how Attributes work on the game.

Physical Endurance

We have found that while many of the changes in Rifts: Ultimate Edition we like. This is not one of them. We will be using the PE as listed in the original Rifts Main Book. Namely concerning max speed for one minute per point of P.E.
